London was the center of all the stylish action last Thursday night, with two industry events simultaneously happening in one night. While Karl Lagerfeld and throngs of style icons, editors, models and celebrities feted the private viewing of Chanel: The Little Black Jacket exhibit at the Saatchi Gallery, another set of fashion heavyweights were arriving at Belgrave House in Belgrave Square.
Jimmy Choo creative directors Sandra Choi and Simon Holloway, and W Magazine’s Stefano Tonchi cordoned off the venue to host a dinner in honor of visual artist Rob Pruitt. The private event, held to celebrate his collaboration with Jimmy Choo for a capsule collection of accessories, saw guests Natalia Dormer Roo Panes, Caroline Issa, Dawn Porter and Leah Wood joining the festivities.
Since he is known for his glittered panda paintings, the capsule collection will presumably be a visual adventure of colors and patterns. The collection will be included in Jimmy Choo’s cruise 2013 collection. Click through the slideshow above
