When you book Karlie Kloss for a campaign, it’s almost like a criminal offense not to put her mile-long, ballet-toned legs front and center. As such, we’re not surprised to see the American model and her signature stride return for Elie Saab’s Fall 2012 campaign. Similar to the label’s spring/summer campaign that was all legs, the designer dressed up Kloss in a stunning red-carpet-ready dress that showed a flash of the model’s left ballerina leg. The frock’s sandy hue glimmered under the flash thank to its metallic details that mimicked the location’s somber ambiance.
The campaign image, which sees Kloss walking along a hallway, ready to turn a corner, banners the label’s uncomplicated fondness for glamour and elegance. Kloss was styled at her simple and sleek best with just a small clutch, strappy heels and a thin belt to complete her look. While the location is anything but grand, the character Kloss is exuding is all it took to deliver the label’s message.
