If it isn’t broken, don’t fix it. That sentiment is at play in Paule Ka’s spring campaign, which brings together the trusted glamour of classic vintage photographer and the instinctive eye of a seasoned lensman. Personally requested by Serge Cajfinger, the images are captured by Venetia Scott, who returns for the third consecutive season.

This year’s campaign is a continuation of the Paule Ka woman’s jetsetting lifestyle. “In this, the third episode of a series which has seen her transporting her trapeze dresses from a deserted villa in Palm Springs (spring-summer 2011) to the glamorous hall of the Carlyle Hotel in New York (autumn-winter 2011), here we find the Paule-Ka woman at loose on the Pacific coast.”

Model Jessica Stam embodied the Paule Ka woman, while cavorting under the summer sun in a stylishly sculptured shift dress, a panther-skin coat and long-sleeved crocheted number. With the stunning Boca Chica Hotel behind her, Stam evoked the allure of Hollywood vixens in the past.

There is also a hint of freshness to how the Paule Ka woman dresses up for her Mexican vacation.  A pair of vibrant yellow shots, a casual cotton jacquard top and matching red sunglasses affords a more laidback appeal without losing the chicness.
