Red Carpet Watch: Les Miserables World Premiere

One of the much-anticipated films of this year finally held its world premiere at the prestigious Odeon and Empire Cinemas Leicester Square in London. From the cast members to the guests, the Les Miserables red carpet event was a true fashion extravaganza to remember. We at Fashion Glamour took note of the celebrities who showed off their personal style at the event.

Probably the star of the night, Anne Hathaway glowed in a pearl-beaded cold-shouldered Givenchy Couture gown. Her boyish haircut looked perfect against her girly dress. Amanda Seyfried left us wondering why in the world she wore that Balenciaga number. How she styled her blonde locks was understandable but the ruffled ensemble was a bit unacceptable. We get the fact that she is fond of taking risks on the red carpet, but there are times when outfits don’t just work for her – like this, for instance.

British singer Ellie Goulding tried to steal the spotlight from the two leading ladies of the film by slipping into a sheer-white gown that showed off more than what she was supposed to display. Meanwhile, Isla Fisher looked like a princess when she stepped out in a Willow dress featuring a cutout bustier and a chiffon skirt.

Following the choice of Goulding was Laura Bailey, who had a Barbie moment in a pink ensemble. The silk skirt was just the perfect garment to wear for it made her legs look longer than usual. Unfortunately, the actress flashed her breasts since the top was super sheer. Isabelle Allen, the youngest of the stylish stars on the red carpet, arrived wearing a cute peach dress with sequin embellishments on the bodice.

The Les Miserables world premiere was utterly stunning thanks to these ladies bannering their personal style on the red carpet. Click through the slideshow above to see these celebrities’ looks.
